  • Tim officially joined the Garden Life team in 2021 after all his “volunteer” work for the company since 2011. Tim was in the construction industry for 30+ years and brings a wealth of knowledge in building, soil mechanics, site work, machining, welding, fabrication and general mechanics. Tim joins the Garden Life team as our operations manager, project development and infrastructure consultant. As a systems-thinker, he offers perspective in the connections between your home and landscape. He simultaneously analyzes the system as a whole while examining the pieces for optimal efficiency and longevity.

  • Returning to his hometown of New London in 2018, Pete brings over a decade of expertise in landscape architecture and stormwater management. With a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of New Mexico and years of experience running a design-build firm in the Southwest, Pete now crafts master plans and intimate gardens tailored to New England’s unique environment. When he’s not designing stunning landscapes, Pete enjoys family adventures—skiing, his daughter’s numerous activities, lake days—and sharing his passion for southwestern-inspired cooking. We are thrilled to have Pete’s expertise guiding our landscape design projects.

  • Lex is an artist, viticulturist, crew manager, plant enthusiast, and designer. Her love of nature began in high school, where she studied agriculture, plant science, and animal science. She later attended Thomas College in Waterville, Maine, earning a BA in Business Management while excelling as captain of her college softball team. Upon returning to New Hampshire, Lex followed her passion for plants, joining Garden Life in 2020 and worked her way up from crew member to Enhancement Team leader. In 2024, she took on the role of Field Crew Manager, applying her deep knowledge of plants, soils, and landscapes. In the winter, she designs gardens and prepares for the season ahead. Outside of work, Lex can be found volunteer gardening, beekeeping, farming vineyards, and working on her tiny house homestead.

  • Hannah’s passion for gardening began at a young age, growing up alongside her father in the garden. She landed her first job as a gardener in high school and soon found herself drawn to the world of plants and design. After earning an Associate’s degree in Horticulture from the University of New Hampshire, she founded a Wedding Floral Design business while continuing to work as a gardener for nearly two decades. Recently, Hannah sold her share of the floral business to return to her true love—working with her hands in the soil. She now leads the Enhancement Team and serves as Marketing Manager at Garden Life. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys skiing, hiking, and exploring the outdoors with her family and doggo. She’s also an avid painter, finding inspiration in both nature and everyday moments.
